Uvita sits at the heart of Marino Ballena National Park, where the sandbar draws a perfect whale's tail at low tide. It's not just a postcard: humpbacks migrate through on one of the longest journeys on Earth.

That gives the Costa Ballena two distinct high seasons — North American whales from December through April, Southern Hemisphere whales from July through October. Add waterfalls, surf at Dominical, and the food scene in Ojochal, and demand rarely sleeps. Our job is to make sure your home is the one that's full.
